Enrollment for 2015 - HEALTH INSURANCE IN COLORADO
We at Marillac Clinic want to help patients and community members find information and resources about health care reform changes.
Beginning November 15, 2014, enrollment opens for 2015. If you do not qualify for Medicaid, you may be eligible for financial assistance to help buy health insurance through the Connect for Health Colorado Marketplace. www.connectforhealthco.org.
Marillac Clinic is now a Medicaid provider and will continue to be your health care home if you do qualify for Medicaid. Marillac is now a provider for Rocky Mountain Health Plans insurance. Please call Marillac at 298-1782 to see if we are a provider for the insurance plan you choose.
Open Enrollment continues through February 28, 2015. Plans and prices are available during this time. Coverage starts as soon as Jan. 1, 2015.
Connect for Health Colorado Marketplace is a one-stop online marketplace to shop and compare health insurance plans. The site will allow you to search based on premium prices, health insurance companies or cost-sharing tiers.www.connectforhealthco.org.
Medicaid & CHP+. www.colorado.gov/peak. Many families and individuals may be able to access free and low-cost health coverage through Medicaid and CHP+ programs, even if you can’t afford insurance offered through your employer. You can enroll in Medicaid and CHP+ at any time. Contact Hilltop Health Access or B4Babies (see phone and location below).
- An individual making less than $15,000/yr may qualify for Medicaid OR
- A family of 4 making less than $31,000/yr may qualify for Medicaid
- An individual making $15,000-28,500 may qualify for financial assistance to lower the premium cost, deductibles and copays when purchasing insurance on the Marketplace. OR
A family of 4 making about $31,000-$58,500/year may qualify for financial assistance to lower the premium cost, deductibles and copays when purchasing insurance on the Marketplace.
