May is clean air month, a time to focus on steps we can take to decrease air pollution caused by toxins, chemicals, and other air pollutants. Similar to a dirty factory, words of gossip and negativity can sometimes unintentionally pollute our air and have serious impacts on those we serve, but we can also use our words to promote cleaner air and improve the health and well being of those around us.
If we truly want “aire limpio” at our workplace, on the street, and in our homes it is wise to consider the words coming out of our mouths making sure to maintain a clean atmosphere conducive to health.
