Marillac Clinic is a community clinic providing high-quality health care to low income, uninsured and underinsured residents of Mesa County, Colorado.

Qualifications for Eligibility

• Most Mesa county residents who are at or below 250% of the Federal Poverty Level are eligible for Marillac services. (Includes uninsured children who meet the same eligibility guidelines.) Patient fees are based on a sliding scale which takes into account family size, income and assets. Once eligibility has been established, patients will be issued a Clinic Card with co-pay information.
• If a patient or a family member are covered by a govenment assistance program such as Medicaid, CHP+, or CICP, some services may be free or only a low co-pay will be required.
• Marillac is not a free clinic. Patients are expected to pay for services when rendered.
• The Clinic does not provide financial assistance or pay health care bills (ie hospitalization, emergency room visits, lab or radiology, or specialty referral appointments, etc.)
• Eligibility is updated yearly or more frequently if patient circumstances change. Eligibility applications are by appointment only. Call 255-1782 in Grand Junction or 464-5862.
