What you need to know
PAYMENTS
- Bring your eligibility card with you every time you come to visit the Clinic.
- Co-payments are expected on the day of your appointment. Prompt payment helps Marillac keep fees and charges low and services available for all who need them.
- All prescriptions must be paid for upon receipt. Failure to make
payment may limit your use of the Medication Outlet in the future.
APPOINTMENT POLICIES
Marillac is not a walk-in Clinic, however limited same-day urgent care appointments are available daily for medical and dental appointments.
- Clinic patients are expected to be on time for their appointments. If you are late, the clinic may give your time to someone else.
- If an appointment must be canceled, you must inform the clinic 24 hours in advance or by 1 pm the previous working day for dental appointments.

OUR SAFETY POLICY
Marillac Clinic is committed to maintaining a safe environment for
patients, visitors and staff. We have a zero tolerance policy for
violence or language that is uncivil or threatening. Any violation of
these policies will have immediate consequences and could result in
loss of services. If you have further questions, please call the clinic and ask for a detailed list of these policies in the
zero tolerance notice that accompanies this booklet. 255-1782.
