Marillac Clinic, Inc., a Not-for-profit integrated care, medical, dental, optical community service facility is seeking a Finance Director, an executive level position.  The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience in Not-for-profit accounting and financial reporting, supervisory, strategic analysis and budgeting skills.  The Finance Director is a member of the senior management team providing strategic accounting and financial support to Executive Director.  The Finance Director serves as the support staff member for the Finance Committee of the Board of Directors and presents financial information at the board meetings.  The Finance Director is responsible for accounting for grants and tracking grant income and expenditures as well as timely reporting to grant providers.  Significant accounting and operating system software conversion experience will be required. Gift Planner - Development Dept, Part-time 20 Hrs/week

Promotes the philosophy and mission of the Marillac Clinic, Inc., and the Sisters of Charity of Leavenworth Health System. Acquire, retain and develop individual, business, civic and corporate donors in order to achieve all strategic plan goals pertaining to donor development, with an emphasis on identifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding new planned giving donors. Regularly communicate and meet with donors one-on-one. Utilize all technology tools available for developing donors and soliciting planned gifts (e.g. laptop computer, FundRaiser Select donor database, Clinic website, EPhilanthrophy tools). Attend civic and key community events (i.e. Chamber of Commerce After-Hours gatherings, fundraising events, conduct civic group presentations, etc.). Ensure that all donor gifts are properly processed based on donor intent and/or requests for anonymity. Act as staff liaison on the Donor Development Committee. Work closely with Clinic leaders, Donor Development Committee members and/or Board members to invite, encourage, and guide their involvement in the development process. Coordinate fundraising efforts with the Development Manager, as appropriate. Engage in continuing education to further develop skills and knowledge of planned giving tools, strategies and best practices, including changes in laws which might effect a donor’s motivation for making a planned gift. Maintain membership in national fundraising professional organizations. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent plus one to three years of donor development experience.  Experience with planned giving preferred.

Mid-Level Provider (PA or NP) Part-time 32 Hours/week

 Responsible for the delivery of professional primary medical care services, both acute and chronic, to the patients of the Marillac Clinic Medical Program, working under the medical supervision of the Marillac Clinic Medical Director.  Fluency in Spanish preferred.  Competitive salary and employee benefits. Pharmacist, Full time  36 – 40 Hours/Week

The Marillac Clinic Pharmacist is responsible for assisting the Clinic’s medical providers in the delivery of professional pharmacotherapy.  Provides quality, cost effective, and compassionate medical care and treatment of the defined patient population, with care being as comprehensive and ongoing as possible within the limitations of the Marillac Clinic. The Pharmacist performs related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
